About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team, supporting a multinational banking client. This role is critical in ensuring smooth recruitment operations, from interview scheduling to candidate onboarding, while managing high-volume hiring activities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional attention to detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and logistics.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate onboarding by collecting necessary documents and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support campus recruitment initiatives, including intern and fresh graduate hiring programs.
  • Handle high-volume hiring activities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to meet recruitment goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment coordination or similar administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Mature, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience handling campus recruitment or early career hiring is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
