Human Resource Admin - Investment Bank
You will be providing crucial administrative support to the HR Management team, handling a variety of responsibilities from managing maternity leave pay applications to organising department meetings and events.
What you'll do:
- Manage submission of maternity leave pay applications for firm employees across Business Units
- Liaise with employees to explain the maternity leave pay application process
- Complete Employer Application Forms and assist employees with Employee Declaration Forms
- Act as a point of contact for labour department and employees
- Manage office space and IT equipment
- Arrange onboarding logistics for new hires
- Provide administrative support to Asia HR COO & HR Management team

- Strong communication skills (English, Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Demonstrated initiative and prioritisation skills
- Strong computer skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment
