You will be providing crucial administrative support to the HR Management team, handling a variety of responsibilities from managing maternity leave pay applications to organising department meetings and events.

What you'll do:

  • Manage submission of maternity leave pay applications for firm employees across Business Units
  • Liaise with employees to explain the maternity leave pay application process
  • Complete Employer Application Forms and assist employees with Employee Declaration Forms
  • Act as a point of contact for labour department and employees
  • Manage office space and IT equipment
  • Arrange onboarding logistics for new hires
  • Provide administrative support to Asia HR COO & HR Management team

  • Strong communication skills (English, Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Demonstrated initiative and prioritisation skills
  • Strong computer skills
