Our client is an international company with an office in Hong Kong that has around 20 to 30 employees. They are seeking an HR & Admin Officer to provide comprehensive HR operations and administrative support in the Hong Kong office.

HR job duties:

  • Ensure the accuracy of HR data entered into the system and test new features upon implementation to verify compliance with HR procedures.

  • Implement HR processes, policies, and regulations effectively.

  • Update and maintain HR documents, including employee handbooks, directories, and policies.

  • Assist and advise employees on compensation and benefits changes, enrollment processes, eligibility, coverage options, and claims filing.

  • Assist employee benefits reviewing and inquires. Ensure proper documentation is prepared for new hires and existing employee changes, and conduct research to resolve issues.

  • Supporting HR manager on HRIS implementation, HR system maintenance and generating reports, managing employee information and records, and preparing statistical summaries related to absences.

  • Analyze employment-related data and prepare necessary reports.

  • Organize and facilitate HR events and support staff activities.

  • Support any ad-hoc special projects as assigned.

Administration job duties:

  • Work as the primary point of contact for office visitors and client inquiries, coordinating meeting and room reservations as needed.

  • Manage office supplies and oversee the receipt and dispatch of correspondence, providing clerical and data entry support for office management tasks.

  • Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodation, visa administration, and local transportation.

  • Organize logistics for large internal events, such as annual meetings and festivals.

  • Plan and oversee renovation and facility improvement projects, optimizing space utilization and estimating project costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as HR (& Administrative Officer), or similar role.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with colleagues.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).

  • Proactive, Empathy, Accountable and Team player.

  • Candidates will need to conduct English Test and Excel Test.
