A leading international financial institution is seeking a Compensation Associate to support compensation operations, reporting, and data management within its Human Resources team.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, life insurance, MPF, wellness initiatives, and leave management
• Manage employee enrolment, changes, and terminations in benefits systems
• Act as the first point of contact for employee benefits queries and provide timely support
• Provide administrative and analytical support to compensation and rewards activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain, validate, and update compensation data within HR systems while safeguarding data integrity.
• Support ad-hoc projects

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar function
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong numerical, reporting, and data analysis capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to confidentiality
• Immediate availability or the ability to commence within a short notice period is highly preferred
