A leading international financial institution is seeking a Compensation Associate to support compensation operations, reporting, and data management within its Human Resources team.

This short-term contract opportunity offers exposure to best-practice HR processes, collaboration with experienced professionals, and the chance to contribute to a supportive and inclusive workplace. Ideal for a highly organised and analytical individual, the role provides valuable experience within a globally recognised organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to compensation and rewards activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain, validate, and update compensation data within HR systems while safeguarding data integrity.
  • Assist with salary benchmarking, market analysis, compensation reviews, and management reporting.
  • Support compensation projects, process improvements, and cross-functional HR initiatives as required.
  • Respond to compensation-related enquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information.

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or a similar function
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong numerical, reporting, and data analysis capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to confidentiality
  • Immediate availability or the ability to commence within a short notice period is highly preferred
