Associate (Benefits - Health and Wellbeing)

Responsible for supporting the Firm's Health and Wellbeing strategy to foster a healthy, inclusive culture, you will cover areas of Benefits such as training programs, medical insurance, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communications. You will be dedicated to facilitating the positive physical, mental, and financial wellbeing of employees, spanning awareness, prevention, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as point of contact for support and employee/HR Business Partner queries related to Firm benefit programs and resources
  • Liaise with external vendors to deliver Health and Wellbeing services
  • Handle vendor invoicing, performance review etc.
  • Coordinate and execute events including training webinars and engagement activities
  • Compile supporting promotional communications and materials (e.g. emails, posters)
  • Collate and analyse data such as satisfaction metrics to inform strategy going forward
  • Identify areas for development or initiation of new programs
  • Maintain internal employee site

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in Health and Wellbeing (HR, Insurance, Consulting)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid multitasking and organisational ability
  • Languages: English (essential), Cantonese and Mandarin (highly desirable)
