Senior HR Officer | 30K | double pay

Our client is top tier manufacturer, and they are actively looking for all-rounded Senior HR Officer (Mainly focus on C&B).

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Compensation and Benefits day-to-day operation, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration.

- Provide full spectrum of HR end to end process to designated business unit including but not limited to payroll administration, performance management, staff relations etc

- Handle HR data analysis and prepare regular HR reports.

- Provide support in HR and payroll system, ensure systems run smoothly;

- Review and formulation of HR policies and procedures to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency of the HR operations

- Participate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;

- at least 4 year hands-on Compensation and Benefits working experiences.

- Proficient in computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;

- Meticulous, proactive, able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability and cope with fast pace working environment;

- Attention to detail with strong numeric sensitivity and accuracy;

- Good command of spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

- Immediately available is highly preferred
