Senior Manager, Total Rewards (60-68k)

My client operates in diverse sectors, including manufacturing, resources, real estate, and financial services. The company has a strong presence in various global markets, engaging in investments, trading, and development projects. Known for its strategic acquisitions and partnerships, it plays a significant role in shaping industries and economies worldwide. In this role, you will work with a high-performing team and be responsible for Total Rewards strategies and implementation.

About the Role:

  • You will operate at the Group level, partnering with the Head of Total Rewards to oversee HR policy areas, reward design and analysis, and the implementation of other reward-related initiatives.
  • Analyse market surveys and best practices to enhance talent attraction and retention.
  • Prepare and oversee the HR budget, providing analytic for decision-making.
  • Advise on C&B policies, review and enhance processes for operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the parent company's HR and work with HR teams of subsidiaries on regular and ad-hoc reporting, as well as the implementation of group initiatives.
  • Deliver HR analytic, reports, and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 8-15+ years of experience, preferably gained from sizeable organisations. Candidates with experience operating at the Group level or within Chinese companies will have an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in managing total rewards, possess strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • PRC candidates with prior working experience in Hong Kong are welcome to apply.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis tools; strong Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
  • Proficient in Chinese typing and writing; candidates with experience handling Chinese reporting will have an added advantage.
  • More experienced candidates will be considered for more senior positions.
