Head of Clinic / Senior Manager of Clinic

A leading healthcare provider in Hong Kong is seeking a Head of Clinic to oversee the performance, operations, and growth of a network of 21 clinics.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, improve profitability, enhance patient experience, and lead strategic business initiatives across multiple locations. You will play a key role in fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture while supporting long-term organisational success.

Key responsibilities:

As Head of Clinic, you will play a central role in shaping the operational landscape of a thriving healthcare network.

• Business & P&L Management: Take full ownership of multi-site P&L, driving revenue growth and restoring profitability across 21 clinics
• Operations Oversight: Standardise SOPs, elevate service quality, and improve efficiency in daily clinic operations
• Sales & Development: Strengthen revenue performance, expand corporate outreach, and lead brand positioning and marketing direction
• HR & Organisation Development: Redesign compensation and incentive schemes, enhance performance management, and enforce stronger staff discipline and mobility policies
• Retail Expansion & Rationalisation: Manage new clinic openings, renovations, and closures; negotiate leases and oversee store lifecycle management

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate for Head of Clinic brings proven experience managing complex retail or multi-site operations within environments that value collaboration and communal achievement.

• Leadership experience: Proven track record in retail chain, store operations, or multi-site management
• Financial acumen: Strong background in P&L management and business turnaround
• Operational expertise: Experience managing store openings, renovations, and closures
• People management: Skilled in organisational restructuring, staff discipline, and performance management
• Change leadership: Ability to drive transformation and address underperforming businesses
• Strategic mindset: Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
• Industry exposure: Background in healthcare, wellness, or service industries is a plus but not mandatory
