Digital Copywriter - Bank

Job overview

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to craft clear, user-friendly copy in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, aligned with interface designs across both positive and error scenarios.
• Adopt a customer-centric mindset to build consistent and engaging product stories across all digital channels and touchpoints.
• Create multilingual materials to support product launches, including website content guidelines, user manuals, app store listings, and communication templates (email and SMS).
• Manage and update the digital platform glossary to maintain consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the organization’s brand standards.
• Review and enhance existing content to improve readability, usability, and navigation.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform content decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in copywriting or a similar position
• Degree holder in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
• Prior exposure to banking or financial services environments is an advantage
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese
• Excellent research and analytical abilities to support effective copy development
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organised, with strong time management skills
