Product Analyst, Debit Card Team

* We are hiring a Card Product Analyst for a well-established bank.

Description:

• Contribute to the design and rollout of debit card acquisition and usage initiatives to improve portfolio profitability, including planning, execution and post-campaign evaluation.
• Support the delivery of business targets for card take-up, spending and customer participation by shaping product enhancements, customer experience initiatives and promotional activities in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Build and manage merchant partnerships to drive sustainable spending growth while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Perform market and customer behaviour analysis to identify insights and recommend follow-up actions.
• Work closely with various sales channels to support progress against assigned performance objectives.
• Recommend new debit card propositions and marketing initiatives to expand market reach, while tracking, reporting and reviewing programme performance.
• Assist with initiatives to enhance debit card features and capabilities.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations, including budget planning, programme fulfilment, reconciliation processes and handling customer issues.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing.
• 1-2 years of experience in the banking sector, with exposure to credit or debit card products preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in marketing, particularly in digital, interactive and social media channels.
• Solid product management capability, strong numerical sense and analytical mindset.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically.
• Good understanding of regulatory, compliance and governance requirements.
• Able to work independently and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Knowledge of HTML and Canva is an advantage.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
