Operation Officer - Fund (Fresh Grad w/ Intern Experience)

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately process Unit Trust, Hedge Fund, and Private Equity transactions while meeting strict deadlines and service standards
• Monitor and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and operational irregularities to ensure processing accuracy
• Escalate issues and exceptions promptly to management, providing timely updates and risk awareness
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless operations
• Support business objectives by completing ad-hoc tasks, assignments, and operational initiatives as required

Candidate profile:

• Good understanding of fund products, with knowledge of Fund Services operations considered an advantage
• Experience handling high-volume manual transaction processing within tight deadlines is preferred
• Strong numerical aptitude with solid computer literacy and data-handling capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
