KYC - PWM (1-year contract)

A leading financial services is seeking a professional in Hong Kong to join the Account Management Team (AMT) within Private Wealth Management. AMT focuses on AML Advisory, Account Onboarding, Account Maintenance, and Projects for a diverse client base, including individuals, trusts, PHCs, funds, and operating vehicles.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct KYC reviews and trigger event assessments
• Review and validate client documentation (CIP, TNW forms, etc.)
• Communicate with stakeholders to address missing or inconsistent information
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper record retention
• Manage approvals and escalations for account updates
• Perform administrative tasks like document scanning, data entry, and reporting

Candidate profile:

• Familiarity with CIP/KYC documentation and complex account structures
• Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA/Power BI is a plus
• Chinese language proficiency preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in Banking/Financial industry
• Experience in private banking or KYC/SOW review is advantageous
