Collateral Management Operations (OTC) (12-month Contract)

A financial institution seeks a Collateral Management Operations Professional to strengthen post-trade operations and risk controls, ensuring seamless support across equities, derivatives, and OTC markets in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage collateral operations across equities, derivatives, and OTC markets, resolving exceptions and ensuring smooth post-trade processing
• Deliver efficient operational support, maintain service quality, and facilitate new business initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams, counterparties, and market participants to support daily operations and new clearing services
• Support project delivery through requirements gathering, UAT, and implementation of process improvements

Candidate profile:

• Degree qualified in Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, or a related discipline
• 3–4 years’ experience in financial services, ideally within middle- or back-office operations or cash management functions
• Exposure to cash equities, derivatives, and/or OTC markets; knowledge of fixed income products is advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills with the ability to make sound operational decisions
• Effective communicator with strong teamwork skills and proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage
