Post Trade – 12-month contract

A leading organisation is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support clearing operations across cash equities, derivatives, and OTC markets.

The role involves ensuring smooth processes, resolving exceptions, supporting new initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and market participants.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for clearing activities, addressing exceptions and contingencies efficiently
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and support new business initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on daily operations and new products/services
• Assist in project delivery, including gathering requirements and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Build strong relationships with participants through service improvements and timely support

Candidate profile:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in middle-/back-office operations or cash management in cash equities, derivatives, or OTC markets
• Knowledge of fixed income products is a plus
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in English required; Chinese/Putonghua is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with risk awareness in daily operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is a bonus
