Events Support Analyst, Investment Bank (6-month renewable contract)

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to a range of event projects across APAC, including mainland China, as well as contributing to global CSR initiatives.
  • Overseeing and supporting charitable projects, managing end-to-end logistics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (including event coordination, merchandise distribution, transportation, marketing activities, and communications),
  • Monitoring project budgets, and assisting with program evaluation through data collection, analysis, and reporting at the end of each cycle.

Candidate profile:

  • Prior experience in event management, ideally within banking, financial services, or a large corporate environment.
  • Native-level English proficiency; additional Asian language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
