Client on-boarding (6 mth contract)

Successful candidate will join the Greater Bay Area Business Group to support with client experience and operation.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Front line relationship managers to assist on boarding requests
• Complete the documentation and account opening processes for clients from initiation to completion
• Serve as point person for clients in the on boarding process
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including Legal, Operations and Risk Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder from a reputable university
• Excellent English communication skills, Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese will be a plus
• 1-2 years of experiences in pre-trade and client on boarding
• Excellent interpersonal skills
