Our client is a reputable investment bank. They are currently hiring for an Associate Director - Operations, Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and enhance current processes to align with industry standards and best practices for process improvement
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and implement actionable solutions.
  • Drive process enhancements to ensure effective management across operational areas.
  • Regularly maintain and update documentation related to existing products and workflows.
  • Design and evaluate business process models for new product launches and transformative initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to ascertain new process requirements.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Back Office or Operations, with a proven track record in project management. Candidates with less experience may be considered for suitable roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all management levels.
  • Experience in process transformation is preferred; candidates should be adept at reviewing operational processes and automating tasks to enhance efficiency.
  • Familiarity with financial products within the Equity Derivatives and FICC sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
  • Strong skills in program and project management.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on control and risk management.
