Client Service Officer (1 yr contract)

Successful candidates will assist the team with all KYC/CDD related activities to support the Relationship Managers. The candidate will need to have experiences in corporate banking industry, preferable experienced with companies from Energy, Renewable, Infrastructure industries or with Fortune 500 institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Managers (RM) in handling customer enquiries, rate fixing for deposits, account opening as well as maintenance of customer records and files.
  • Follow up on submission of client's KYC/CDD documents and assist RM in reviewing the completeness of information required for KYC/CDD review.
  • Assist RM in the account opening process, and advise customers in completing account opening documents..
  • Follow up on submission of periodic documents (e.g., KYC/CDD refresh, valuation reports etc) from clients or relevant parties, and assist RM to address queries on such documents.
  • Handle loan drawdown, renewal, repayment, cancellation promptly and ensure accurate records.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holders, with at least 3 year of relevant working experience in a banking environment.
  • Good understanding of the Corporate Banking business and related banking products.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
