Senior Internal Communications Manager, Asset Man(6-m contract)

Internal Communications & Content Delivery

• Develop and execute internal communications plans and editorial calendar aligned with business priorities
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging for global audiences
• Lead end-to-end delivery of internal communications channels (e.g., newsletter, intranet, emails)
• Produce content and materials for town halls, leadership meetings, and key campaigns

Leadership & Stakeholder Support

• Support senior leadership with messaging, updates, and briefing materials
• Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders to ensure aligned and timely communications
• Coordinate inputs across teams to ensure consistency and coherence

Channel Management & Engagement

• Manage internal communication platforms and ensure effective message amplification
• Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to improve content performance and reach
• Apply best practices to enhance communication effectiveness and simplify messaging

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and communications partners globally
• Deliver multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the communications function

Candidate profile:

• 12+ years of proven experience in internal communications within a complex, global organisation, preferrably within the Asset Management space.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior executives
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities in English
• Strong planning and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using data and insights to measure and improve communications effectiveness
• Understanding of financial services or asset management is advantageous
• High attention to accuracy, governance, and compliance with internal policies
