Operations and Compliance Manager

They hold investments across the APAC region and the UK, and are currently expanding their team with a new hire to support both compliance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Establish and implement risk control mechanisms to evaluate and mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Draft and review contracts to ensure all activities comply with Hong Kong and international regulations.
• Handle compliance matters, collaborating with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Background in Compliance or Operations with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and international regulations with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
