Customer Services Officer, Outbound Calls - Not Sales

A leading insurance companyis looking for a Customer Services Officer (non-sales role) to strengthen client engagement and deliver high-quality support. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up calls with clients using customized scripts in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Handle customer enquiries through hotline support as well as walk-in service channel
• Perform outbound calls in accordance with established procedures and documentation protocols
• Provide accurate and timely information on products and services to customers
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to address customer enquiries and collect required documentation

Candidate profile:

• Diploma or above in any discipline, with strong communication skills
• Experience in customer service, client servicing will be preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance, wealth management, or pension sector would be advantageous
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer groups
• Willingness to learn and take IIQE Papers 1, 3, and 5 during probation
