An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced procurement professional to support contractor hiring and workforce operations within a highly respected organisation in Hong Kong.

This role focuses on end-to-end procurement coordination, stakeholder management, compliance, and process improvement while working closely with business units, finance, legal, and vendor management teams. The position offers strong career development opportunities within a collaborative and flexible working environment.

Key responsibilities:

Support end-to-end contractor procurement and workforce support activities by collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring, compliance, and documentation processes.

  • Partner with business unit leaders and finance teams to understand contractor hiring requirements, budgets, and project timelines
  • Manage contractor hiring requests, contract reviews, and procurement activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation including SOWs, RFPs, purchase orders, contract summaries, and requisition records
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and vendor management teams to resolve issues, support vendor onboarding, and accelerate approval workflows
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline procurement operations, reduce turnaround times, and improve documentation quality

Candidate profile:

Bring strong procurement, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination experience with the ability to manage contractor support processes accurately, efficiently, and compliantly within a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Proven experience in procurement, contractor hiring, workforce support, or vendor management within a corporate setting
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across business units, finance, legal, and vendor management teams
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement documentation, compliance requirements, and contractor onboarding procedures
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to improve procurement workflows, maintain accurate records, and support operational efficiency initiatives
