Business Development & Channel (Senior) Manager, Pension

A financial services provider seeks a Business Development and Channel Senior Manager to drive pension channel growth, partnerships, and market expansion in Hong Kong.

This role is to drive pension business growth through partnerships, channel expansion, market insights, and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

As the Business Development and Channel Senior Manager for Pension, you will drive channel growth, partnerships, and market analysis to support pension business expansion.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business target
• Expand distribution channels and identify new business models and strategic partnerships beyond traditional broker networks
• Analyse market trends and provide insights to enhance products and services
• Ensure MPF offerings remain competitive and aligned with market needs
• Monitor performance and report progress to senior management
• Lead and deliver strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring pensions experience, MPF/eMPF knowledge, channel development expertise, bilingual communication skills, and strong analytical and project management abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline with 7+ years’ relevant experience; candidates with stronger managerial background may be considered for Senior Manager level
• Strong knowledge of MPF regulations, products, and market trends, including eMPF developments
• Proven experience in channel development and strategic partnership building
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Possession of IIQE Papers I, III, and IV is required
