A&H Claims, Assistant Manager
A leading global insurance provider is seeking a dedicated A&H Claims, Assistant Manager to leverage your expertise in claims management within the Accident and Health space while contributing to process improvements, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
As an A&H Claims, Assistant Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of claims from initial notification through to final settlement.
- Manage Accident & Health claims in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Implement claims strategies and process improvements to support profitability and business growth
- Prepare claims reports, data analysis, and performance metrics for stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims for further investigation
- Handle complaints and dispute resolution to ensure fair, accurate, and timely claim outcomes
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you should bring technical expertise in claims management alongside strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Degree holder with professional insurance qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Personal Lines claims, with strong A&H exposure
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Able to make sound decisions and resolve issues independently
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Officer role
