Associate Director/Director, Agency Operations

Our client, a leading international insurance firm, is looking for an Associate Director/Director, Agency Operations and Conduct to join.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the insurance agency to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
• Perform licensing and communicate with regulators as required.
• Collaborate with agents and support staff to enhance client service and satisfaction.
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to optimize workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance agency performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in insurance operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
