Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Fixed Income Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the firm's credit investment strategy across Asian markets.

• Conduct deep fundamental credit analysis on Asian corporates, evaluating financials, industry dynamics, and macroeconomic factors to identify investment opportunities
• Maintain independent coverage of assigned companies by continuously monitoring performance, credit profiles, and market developments
• Support portfolio managers with data-driven insights, generating long/short trade ideas and overseeing ongoing portfolio risk and performance

Candidate profile:

To excel as a Senior Fixed Income Research Analyst in this esteemed organisation, your background should reflect substantial experience conducting credit research within leading financial institutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top domestic or international university
• Over 8 years of experience in buy-side or sell-side institutions with expertise in financial analysis and modelling
• Proven ability to evaluate creditworthiness through detailed financial analysis and scenario modelling
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English for effective communication across regions
• Experience covering high-yield industrial credits, particularly within mining or energy sectors, is highly desirable
