Operations Manager

Due to expansion, they are now hiring an Operations Manager to strengthen the infrastructure team

Responsibilities

• Perform operations tasks (trade booking/reconciliation/settlement, P&L reporting, NAV, etc.)
• Perform compliance tasks, e.g. regulatory reporting and limits monitoring
• Ensure the daily operations workflows are implemented and executed in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure the operating procedures are adhered to regulatory requirements and company policies
• Liaison with both internal (i.e. Investment, Product, Risk, Finance, Compliance) and external partners (i.e Trustees, Distributors, Service Providers) for ensuring the smoothness of fund launching and daily operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/ Computer Engineering etc.
• Proficient in fund accounting/Fund operations background/knowledge.
• Must be proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
• Coding experience in python will be a plus
• Relevant work experience of 6-15 years (junior candidates will be considered as associate)
