Investor Relations (Associate) - Hedge Fund

A top-performing hedge fund is looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to assist with client management and support investor servicing activities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as a professional representative of the firm in all communications with stakeholders, including current and prospective investors, business partners, and service providers.
• Oversee the subscription and redemption processes for the firm’s commingled funds, collaborating closely with investors, the fund administrator, internal teams, and fund directors.
• Manage and update the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to facilitate sales and client servicing, including data input, extraction, and analysis.
• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials such as investment newsletters, factsheets, and other promotional content.
• Organize, schedule, and support marketing meetings, which includes conducting background research, preparing presentation materials, and taking detailed meeting notes.
• Facilitate the planning and logistics of roadshows and marketing trips to maximize investor engagement and operational efficiency.
• Keep fund profiles updated on prime brokers’ and other performance portals in a timely manner.
• Respond to ad-hoc investor requests and inquiries, including completing due diligence questionnaires and creating bespoke materials as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; a degree in finance or business is preferred.
• Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written English — this is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly organized and efficient, particularly when managing time-sensitive tasks.
