Finance Manager, FP&A - Bank

What you'll do:

• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insightful analysis.
• Prepare financial reports for senior management.
• Partner with departments to gather data and provide financial support.
• Mentor junior FP&A team members.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and financial models.
• Proficiency in financial modeling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
