A prestigious property developer is seeking a General Manager for Residential Sales and Marketing to drive innovative project development initiatives across luxury residential projects, while leading Asset Management teams.

Key responsibilities:

As a General Manager Residential Sales and Marketing, you will oversee all sales and marketing functions for landmark residential projects while leading a talented team.

  • Lead end-to-end deal execution, including structuring, valuation, and negotiations
  • Oversee sales, marketing, leasing, and asset management across residential projects
  • Develop and execute sales strategies covering pricing, positioning, distribution, and sales management
  • Drive marketing campaigns, collateral development, advertising, and media relations
  • Conduct market research, policy analysis, and feasibility studies for land acquisition and development planning
  • Manage and motivate agents, consultants, and service providers to ensure effective sales and leasing execution

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in residential property sales and leasing within Hong Kong’s real estate sector.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in residential sales and leasing, including large-scale and luxury developments
  • Holder of EAA license with professional qualification in HKIS and/or RICS
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong property market and First-hand Sales Ordinance
  • Exposure to PRC market and experience in property leasing or with developers is advantageous
  • Excellent English and Chinese communication skills; less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant General Manager
