Leasing, Officer to Manager (Grade A Office Portfolio)

Multiple hiring for few leading property developers in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle the marketing and leasing matters of office or industrial premises
  • Responsible for the leasing management such as rental negotiation, terms and conditions liaison, preparing tenancy agreements and related documentations and reports, premises handover, contract renewal for company's properties, etc.
  • Handle daily leasing matters such as enquiries, complaints, premises viewing with property agents/clients, etc.
  • Liaise with real estate agents & potential clients
  • Maintain good relationship with existing tenants
  • Coordinate with Technical & Property Management co-workers on tenant's fitting-out and refurbishment/revamping works
  • Pre-check/inspect premises defects prior to the handover and/or upon tenant's requests

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 2 years'+ relevant experience for Officer to Senior Officer positions, and experienced candidate will be considered as AM to Manager positions
  • Good time management, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong initiative and customer orientation
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
