A leading developer is seeking a seasoned property management leader to oversee operations for Hong Kong portfolio - including retail, commercial and residential portfolio. This role ensures compliance with statutory requirements and delivers exceptional customer-centric services.

Key responsibilities:

As Deputy General Manager for Property Management – Mixed Portfolio, you will oversee daily operations across a diverse range of properties in Hong Kong, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional service standards.

  • Supervise daily operations across retail, commercial, and residential properties while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations such as BMO, Cap 626, PMSA, and internal policies
  • Lead and develop a professional team through mentorship, training opportunities, and supportive leadership
  • Design and refine property management systems to enhance efficiency and service delivery
  • Manage Capex and Opex budgets while overseeing procurement activities and tendering processes
  • Formulate forward-thinking strategies that align with corporate goals and adapt to market trends
  • Conduct audits, refine SOPs, uphold best practices, and coach team members to support continuous development and performance improvement

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you will bring extensive experience managing large-scale mixed portfolios within the property sector.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property/Facility Management or related discipline
  • 15+ years of property management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License; professional membership (CIH, HKIH, HKIS, RICS) preferred
  • With technical or facility management background and exposure is a plus
  • Professional in building operations and estate management services provided under a DMC or the BMO, work experience with multi-DMC environment would be an advantage
  • Able to read, analyse, and interpret common scientific / technical issues, financial reports and legal documents
  • Able to effectively present information / Analysis / Proposal to senior management and internal & external customers
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent command of English, Chinese, and Putonghua
