Leasing, Officer to Assistant Manager (Residential)
A leading property group in Hong Kong is seeking a Residential Leasing Officer to Assistant Manager to oversee leasing operations for high-quality residential properties. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with tenants, agents, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
As a Residential Leasing Officer to Assistant Manager, you will be at the heart of the leasing function for a portfolio of sought-after residential properties.
- Reinforce occupancy rate
- Handle the marketing and leasing matters of residential premises
- Responsible for the leasing management such as rental negotiation, terms and conditions liaison, preparing tenancy agreements and related documentations and reports, premises handover, contract renewal for company's properties, etc.
- Handle daily leasing matters such as enquiries, complaints, premises viewing with property agents/clients, etc.
- Liaise with real estate agents & potential clients
- Maintain good relationship with existing tenants
- Coordinate with Technical & Property Management co-workers on tenant's fitting-out and refurbishment/revamping works
- Pre-check/inspect premises defects prior to the handover and/or upon tenant's requests
Candidate profile:
To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience in residential leasing or related fields such as market research or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3 years’+ relevant experience in market research and business development, leasing and marketing preferred
- Good time management, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
- Strong initiative and customer orientation
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
