Leasing, Officer to Manager levels (Multiple Openings)

My clients are well-known developers in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for junior to senior leasing professionals.

Multiple leasng openings - from Officer to Manager grade (retail/office portfolio)

Duties:

• Prepare budget plan and rental forecast, develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income for the assigned retail portfolio
• Co-operate on credit control matters, follow up with delinquent accounts and support recovery actions
• Conduct market research and analysis periodically to identify market trends, demand and potential opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including asset management, marketing and operational teams to promote the success of the assigned retail portfolio
• Execute key asset management initiatives for the assigned portfolio as per the asset plan
• Co-ordinate with property management team to deliver excellent customer and tenancy services
• Lead and motivate subordinates

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
• Working experience in leasing in top-tier developers will be a plus
• Strong grasp of the market, drive, and aptitude for interpersonal interactions
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing in Microsoft Office software
• Strong proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
