Sales & Marketing Manager - Real Estate (UK)

My client is a top-tier developer in HK. They are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager (focus on sales side) to oversee a luxury residential project in UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including creating comprehensive campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility, attract potential buyers and generate sales leads

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities / untapped markets to increase buyer engagement and drive sales growth while building strong relationship with agents and business partners

  • To increase sales and marketing effectiveness, do in-depth market research and analysis and keep up with competition activity, industry trends, and prospective market segments.

  • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee that operations, marketing, and sales are seamlessly coordinated for the best possible company results.

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for management review to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Valuation or business related disciplines

  • At least 8 years' working experience in sales and marketing - residential, preferably with in-depth understanding and demonstrated success in UK real estate sector

  • A self-motivated good team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in high pressure environment

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with good command of Putonghua
