A leading financial institution seeks a Vice President of Facility Management to lead office renovation and ensure efficient, safe, and seamless facility operations in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

As Vice President of Facility Management, you will lead renovation projects and oversee daily facility operations, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery.

  • Lead and supervise office renovation projects, managing contractors, timelines, budgets, and overall delivery
  • Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring office premises, equipment, and systems are well-maintained and fully functional
  • Manage office administration tasks in line with company policies, directives, and facilities management standards
  • Handle procurement and payment checks, including contract subscriptions, renewals, and termination arrangements
  • Coordinate with Building Management Office and ensure workplace safety compliance (OSHO), while providing regular operational updates to management

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring proven facility management experience in financial institutions, strong stakeholder coordination, bilingual communication, and a detail-focused, reliable approach under pressure.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ facility management experience in financial services, with WR2 handling, office relocation, and renovation project exposure
  • Proven experience supervising junior and clerical staff with ability to provide clear direction and achieve team objectives
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Cantonese, with excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Independent, diligent, and detail-oriented, able to perform effectively under pressure
