A reputable organisation in Hong Kong seeks a Technical / Facilities Officer (Japanese Speaker) to facilitate management, property operations, and administrative support, offering a dynamic environment where your multilingual communication skills and attention to detail will shine.

Key responsibilities:

As a Technical and Facilities Officer (Japanese Speaker), you will play a key role in ensuring smooth facilities management and property operations across company quarters and commercial buildings.

  • Provide end-to-end support for facilities and property management operations across company quarters and commercial buildings
  • Manage administrative and financial functions, including management reports, account administration, utilities analysis, cost monitoring, and income tracking
  • Oversee facility operations through regular inspections, maintenance coordination, complaint resolution, insurance claims, and repair or improvement works
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor services, including cleaning, pest control, air-conditioning, and fire safety inspections, ensuring minimal operational disruption
  • Liaise with external stakeholders on leasing matters, rental updates, payment processing, parking arrangements, and tenant concerns
  • Support property management administration by monitoring BMO staffing and attendance records, while issuing internal notices on office usage, maintenance schedules, and facility arrangements

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in facilities or property management roles alongside strong organisational skills and multilingual communication abilities.

  • Diploma/Associate Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); Japanese proficiency is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
