Regional Commissioning lead(cost management , E&M,training)

Our client is looking for an Regional Commissioning Lead to join their team

Job responsibilities:

• Drive and implement regional learning strategies, delivering structured training initiatives to enhance employee capability and address organisational skill gaps
• Lead the Commissioning Centre of Excellence by defining standards, promoting best practices, and ensuring consistency and continuous improvement in commissioning activities.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to support talent development, strengthen knowledge sharing, and uphold governance and quality across the region.

Job requirements:

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent), with solid expertise in commissioning practices and technical standards; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• At least 10 years of experience within commissioning or a related technical field, including involvement in training, capability development, and ideally regional exposure.
• Strong communication, influencing, and coaching abilities, supported by a strategic mindset and proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
