Site Delivery Manager(Theme park ,MNC )

Our client is looking for an Manger to leading their site delivery team

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and coordinate workforce scheduling to ensure effective resource allocation and timely delivery of project requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and compliance, including training, certification, and adherence to safety and labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, including proven leadership and team management within a technical or project-based environment
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage workforce planning and scheduling effectively
