Facility Manager (Data center, 85k up, no shift needed)

A leading organisation in Hong Kong is seeking a Facility Manager for their state-of-the-art data center.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate the overall operations of the data center to ensure consistent service reliability, safety compliance, and operational excellence
• Lead, mentor, and organise the site team to maintain capability, coverage, and high-performance standards
• Oversee financial planning and cost control, while identifying initiatives that enhance efficiency and support business expansion
• Maintain effective engagement with clients and stakeholders, ensuring contractual commitments and performance targets are fully delivered

Candidate profile:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience overseeing operations in data centers or other high-dependency facilities, with leadership responsibility
• Educational or professional background in electrical engineering or a related discipline, with strong technical foundation
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, performance outcomes, and operational improvements
• Holding an REW license is mandatory
