Senior Engineer (50k up, Data center, no shift needed)

A leading organisation in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Data Centre Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, safety, and regulatory compliance of their state-of-the-art data centre facilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the continuous operation and upkeep of data center infrastructure, ensuring high availability, safety, and regulatory adherence
• Supervise internal teams and external vendors to deliver maintenance, repair, and enhancement activities efficiently and with minimal service interruption
• Track system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to reporting, risk control, and operational improvements
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder engagement, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed standards and expectations

Candidate profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in data center or critical facility operations within high-availability environments
• Solid expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, supported by relevant certifications or licenses
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across different levels of an organisation
• Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance practices, and controlled work authorisation processes
• Holding an REW license is mandatory
