Key responsibilities:

As Maintenance and Services Manager Electrical, you will play an integral role in shaping the success of both your team and the wider business.

• Plan, organise, and lead a team to execute testing and service operations in assigned areas, ensuring compliance with company standards, code requirements, and contractual obligations
• Drive field quality, code compliance, safety, and operational excellence to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth
• Manage operational costs through efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, materials, and other resources
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely communication and prompt resolution of inquiries and complaints
• Implement company policies and government EHS regulations, ensuring full compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
• Develop and coach a high-performing, collaborative team while driving continuous improvement initiatives and coordinating with internal departments for smooth service delivery

Candidate profile:

To excel as Maintenance and Services Manager Electrical, you will bring proven experience from similar roles where you have successfully managed teams delivering technical services under demanding conditions.

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction contracts and planning management
• Proven experience in testing, or service operations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
