Technical Supervisor (HVAC, Client side, up to 38K)

We are looking for a Technical Supervisor who can support our client for their office portfolio

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for efficient coordination.
• Oversee in-house technicians and external contractors in the operation, routine maintenance, and repair of central air conditioning systems.
• Compile detailed reports on system incidents.

Requirements:

• Education background in Building Services Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 3-8 years’ experience of supervisory in HVAC system maintenance
• Holder of REW Grade A or higher will be an advantage.(not a must)
• Good spoken and written skills in English and Chinese.
