Strategic Development & Implementation:

• Drive the evolution of core engineering documentation suite, including:
  • Engineering Services Manual
  • Fire Life Safety Manual
  • Loss Prevention Manual
  • Crisis Management Manual
  • Best Practices Manual
• Translate and adapt technical documents for international deployment
• Ensure seamless integration with computerized maintenance systems
• Develop and maintain comprehensive audit documentation

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

• Establish and enforce uniform engineering standards across properties
• Monitor implementation of safety protocols and crisis management procedures
• Develop and maintain energy management guidelines
• Audit mechanical and electrical services

Technical Leadership & Innovation:

• Create structured training programs for engineering staff progression
• Update mechanical and electrical design standards
• Review and validate engineering concepts from consultants
• Evaluate feasibility studies for engineering projects
• Forecast technological trends in hotel engineering

Project Oversight & Support:

• Conduct comprehensive site inspections and progress reviews
• Guide pre-opening preparations for new properties
• Establish engineering division staffing requirements
• Provide critical feedback during design and construction phases
• Ensure proper testing and commissioning implementation
• Conduct fire safety clearance inspections
• Support soft and grand opening activities
• Lead post-opening reviews and defect rectification

Project Oversight & Support:

• 10+ years of experience in relevant experience in Engineering field
• Certified Energy Manager qualification is an advantage
• Identify new opportunities for bulk purchasing of materials, tools, plants & equipment and assist in finalizing arrangements.
• Always embrace and ensure the effective implementation of group wide Quality Certification process (ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, LEED, Green Building, etc.).
• Experience working in corporate hospitality industry is an advantage
