Architect (Main Con, EPD civil project, MHKIA)

Our client is a main contractor side, they are awarded large scale civil projects recently and to cope with their rapid business expansion, they are looking for an Architect to support their related projects.

Job Responsibility

• Manage the feasibility studies, detailed design and all architectural works
• Coordinate with the landscape architect
• Oversee the design and supervision of all architectural works
• Review the design from the contractor’s and provide the technical support
• Liaise with different stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural or related discipline with at least 8 years working experience
• Solid track record of design, supervision and coordination of construction projects
• Professional memberships e.g. Registered Architect and a member of HKIA
• Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, and other graphic presentation software
