Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for investors, providing updates on financial performance.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports, press releases, and presentations.
• Organize investor meetings, conferences, and travel logistics.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor investor sentiment.
• Ensure compliance with securities regulations and corporate governance.
• Gather feedback from investors and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 1 year of experience in investor relations or finance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
