Assistant Manager / Senior Analyst, FP&A | retailing

One of the MNC fast growing retailers is looking for an Assistant Manager/ Senior Analyst for FP&A function, on regional scope.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and cheerful finance professional to join a fast-growing multinational retail group. This role will be instrumental in driving regional financial planning and analysis (FP&A), supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with cross-functional teams across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across regional markets
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Prepare monthly management reports with commentary on key variances and business drivers

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and merchandising teams to support business initiatives
• Provide financial guidance on promotions, pricing, and inventory strategies

Strategic Projects

• Support regional expansion, new store openings, and digital transformation initiatives
• Participate in financial modelling and scenario analysis for strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent preferred
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A or within retail industries
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel a
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams across regions
• Outgoing, cheerful, and proactive personality with a collaborative mindset
