Finance Manager | APAC | Big 4 Must | 60k

An organisation in Hong Kong seeks a Finance Manager to oversee reporting, consolidation, and compliance while supporting senior leadership insights.

Key responsibilities:

As Finance Manager, you will oversee APAC financial close, reporting, consolidation, and compliance while supporting audits and process improvements.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the APAC region
• Review and consolidate financial results from multiple subsidiaries and ensure accuracy of group reporting packs
• Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and commentary for senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, group accounting policies, and local statutory requirements
• Coordinate with country finance teams to resolve accounting, intercompany, and consolidation issues
• Support year-end audit, statutory audit, and external reporting requirements
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, controls, and consolidation efficiency
• Liaise with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistency in reporting standards
• Assist with ad hoc finance projects, system enhancements, and process improvements as required

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring APAC reporting experience, Big 4 audit background, CPA/ACCA, IFRS knowledge, and strong stakeholder skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Qualified accountant, preferably CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent
• Big 4 audit experience is a must
• Solid experience in financial reporting and consolidation, ideally within a multinational or regional APAC environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and group reporting processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and time zones
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage
