- 3 new headcounts in the team due to new system implementation
- AP/ AR (Order to Cash) / Inventory Accounting focus
- Assistant Finance Manager – AP focus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Verify, process, and reconcile invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle vendor queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Monitor AP aging reports and optimize payment cycles.
- Work closely with procurement and treasury teams to enhance payment processes.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Requirements:
✔️ Qualified Accountant or equivalent.
✔️ 5+ years of experience in AP within the retail industry.
✔️ Strong knowledge of invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and tax compliance.
✔️ Proficiency in SAP system
✔️ Ability to handle high-volume transactions efficiently.
- Assistant Finance Manager – AR/ Order to Cash
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process, including billing, collections, and cash applications.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in alignment with customer contracts.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively manage collections.
- Partner with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and improve cash flow.
- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to revenue and receivables.
Requirements:
✔️ Qualified Accountant or equivalent.
✔️ 5+ years of experience in O2C within the retail industry.
✔️ Strong understanding of billing, receivables management, and credit control.
✔️ Experience in SAP system
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Assistant Finance Manager – Inventory Accounting
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory valuation, costing, and reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions, including purchases, transfers, and adjustments.
- Analyze inventory variances and collaborate with supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory closing.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls related to inventory accounting.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy.
Requirements:
✔️ Qualified Accountantor equivalent.
✔️ 5+ years of experience in inventory accounting within the retail industry.
✔️ Proficiency in SAP system
✔️ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
